Accessibility Statement
Last updated: April 13, 2026
Moda Clubs, LLC ("Moda Clubs," "we," "us," or "our") is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We continually improve the user experience of ModaCommunities.com (the "Site") for everyone and strive to apply the relevant accessibility standards to ensure we provide equal access to all users.
1. Our Commitment
We are committed to making our Site accessible to all individuals, including those with visual, hearing, cognitive, and motor impairments. We believe that every person should have the ability to access and interact with web content effectively, and we take the following measures to ensure accessibility:
- Incorporating accessibility into our design and development processes from the outset.
- Conducting regular accessibility reviews and audits of the Site.
- Training our development team on accessibility best practices and requirements.
- Engaging with assistive technology users and accessibility experts to identify and address barriers.
- Maintaining ongoing compliance monitoring and remediation processes.
2. Conformance Status
The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) define requirements for designers and developers to improve accessibility for people with disabilities. WCAG defines three levels of conformance: Level A, Level AA, and Level AAA. We strive to conform to WCAG 2.1 Level AA standards across all pages and features of the Site. While we make every effort to ensure accessibility, some content or features may not yet fully conform to all WCAG 2.1 Level AA criteria. We are continuously working to identify and resolve any accessibility gaps.
3. Accessibility Features
The Site incorporates the following accessibility features and practices:
3.1 Navigation and Structure
- Skip navigation link allowing keyboard users to bypass repeated navigation elements and jump directly to main content.
- Semantic HTML5 elements including header, nav, main, footer, article, and section for proper document structure.
- Logical heading hierarchy (H1 through H3) maintained across all pages for clear content organization.
- ARIA landmark roles to help assistive technology users understand the page layout.
- Consistent navigation structure across all pages of the Site.
3.2 Visual Design
- Color contrast ratios meeting or exceeding WCAG 2.1 Level AA requirements (minimum 4.5:1 for normal text, 3:1 for large text).
- Dark and light theme options to accommodate different visual preferences and needs.
- Scalable text that responds to browser zoom settings up to 200% without loss of content or functionality.
- No reliance on color alone to convey information; supplementary text labels and icons are provided.
- Reduced motion support: all animations and transitions respect the prefers-reduced-motion operating system setting.
3.3 Keyboard Accessibility
- All interactive elements (links, buttons, form fields, menus) are accessible via keyboard navigation.
- Visible focus indicators on all interactive elements when navigated via keyboard.
- Escape key support for closing mobile navigation menus and modal dialogs.
- Tab order follows a logical reading sequence throughout all pages.
3.4 Forms and Interactive Elements
- All form inputs have associated labels (either visible labels or aria-label attributes).
- Form validation errors are communicated through aria-live regions for screen reader users.
- Autocomplete attributes on email and URL inputs to assist with form completion.
- Interactive verification results use role="status" and aria-live="polite" to announce results to screen readers.
3.5 Images and Media
- Alternative text (alt attributes) provided for all meaningful images.
- Decorative images marked with empty alt attributes or aria-hidden to prevent screen reader confusion.
- SVG icons include aria-hidden="true" when used alongside visible text labels.
4. Known Limitations
Despite our best efforts, some areas of the Site may have accessibility limitations. Known issues include:
- Some third-party content (such as embedded images from external sources) may not have alternative text that we can control.
- The social proof ticker animation, while it pauses on hover, may present challenges for users with cognitive disabilities. It is marked as aria-hidden to prevent screen reader interference.
- Some dynamic content loaded via JavaScript (such as search results and verification results) may have brief delays in screen reader announcement.
- PDF documents linked from external sources may not be fully accessible.
We are actively working to address these limitations and welcome your feedback on any accessibility barriers you encounter.
5. Assistive Technology Compatibility
The Site is designed to be compatible with the following assistive technologies:
- Screen readers: VoiceOver (macOS/iOS), NVDA (Windows), JAWS (Windows), TalkBack (Android).
- Screen magnification tools: built-in browser zoom, system-level magnification.
- Voice recognition software: Dragon NaturallySpeaking, built-in voice control features.
- Keyboard-only navigation across all modern browsers.
6. Feedback and Contact
We welcome your feedback on the accessibility of the Site. If you encounter any accessibility barriers, have difficulty accessing any content or functionality, or have suggestions for improvement, please contact us:

7. Enforcement and Legal
This accessibility statement was prepared in accordance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1. While we strive to adhere to the accepted guidelines and standards for accessibility and usability, it is not always possible to do so in all areas of the Site. We are committed to continuously improving accessibility and will implement necessary changes as new techniques and technologies become available.
